The City of Rye, founded in 1660, is the oldest permanent settlement in Westchester County, NY, and offers beautifully landscaped family neighborhoods, a superb nationally ranked school system, and truly outstanding recreational facilities, including the Rye’s charming Main Street is home to many historic buildings, including a former inn that once hosted George Washington.

Our Garden Apartment complexes in RYE offer the PERFECT LOCATION on 7 acres of quiet, park-like grounds, full of beautiful old trees and is directly opposite the 47 acre Rye Nature Center, these three contiguous apartment communities are considered to be the finest rentals in Rye. The buildings only cover 15% of the land and there is ample outdoor parking for tenants, as well as spacious open park, picnic and playground areas. Each building has only 12 units (6 on the first floor and 6 on the second floor) and many apartments on the 2nd floor have large outdoor balconies. Most 2, 3 & 4 BR apartments have 2 baths and our very largest 6˝ room apartments (1800 to 2300 SF) have either 2 or 2.5 baths. Rye is situated 25 miles from New York City along the shores of Long Island Sound in southern Westchester County. Approximately 17,000 residents enjoy 5.5 square miles of diversely textured landscape, one fifth of which is devoted to recreation and preservation. Parks, playgrounds, beaches and woodland trails are within easy walking distance and residents of Rye enjoy a wealth of local and county-owned recreational services. The municipally owned and operated Rye Boat Basin has 415 boat slips for power and sailboats. All of our residents are entitled to join the prestigious Rye Golf Club which offers Rye residents a challenging 18 hole golf course and an Olympic size swimming pool and children's pool, at an annual cost which is a (small) fraction of the cost at neighboring private clubs. Various other membership beach clubs, fishing, boating, yachting and golf clubs are characteristic marks of the Rye community. Rye is only a 35 minute train ride to Grand Central Station.
